Your role
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist Spain (m/f/d) in or around Barcelona. This position is a fixed-term contract for about 1,5 years due to a parental leave.
- Join the centralized customer service team for multiple European countries, serving as the primary point of contact for our Spanish customers and partners
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, handle complaints and provide constructive feedback to maximize their satisfaction
- Follow the standard interaction guidelines and use the right tools to provide solutions and alternatives within the agreed Service Level Agreement, follow up on open tasks to ensure resolution
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with our business customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Help to develop guidelines and processes for responding to emails
- Ensure proper categorization of all customer issues and reporting on most relevant topics/requests
- Transfer the voice of our customers into central functions as marketing and product development, interacting with those teams to provide exceptional service
- Improve customer’s satisfaction and reviews in cooperation with the marketing team
- Provide Sales and account support for our European sales activities
- Regularly share best practices with the rest of the CS team
