Um unsere Vision in die Realität umzusetzen, suchen wir einen Business Development Manager (m/w/d) in oder um München, um Kontakte im Bereich der Automobilindustrie (B2B) - sowohl vertikal als auch horizontal - zu identifizieren und Partnerschaften aufzubauen, um die Sichtbarkeit der Marke CARFAX in DACH, BeNeLux und Nordics zu erhöhen:
Identifikation neuer potenzieller Geschäftspartner im B2B-Bereich, Vorstellung der CARFAX-Modelle, -Dienstleistungen und des Mehrwertes unseres Produktes
Aufbau und Pflege wichtiger Beziehungen zu unseren Geschäftspartnern und Verbänden im Automobilsektor
Beantwortung und Abwicklung der wachsenden Nachfrage von Autohändlern sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren zentralen Funktionen, um das Wachstum in diesem Segment zu fördern
Umsetzung unserer Großhandels-/Wiederverkäuferstrategie, um einen reibungslosen Zugang zu unserem Kernprodukt, dem Vehicle History Report, über unsere B2B Plattform zu gewährleisten
Aushandeln von Vertragsbedingungen, um die Produkte, finanziellen Interessen und Ressourcen von CARFAX berücksichtigen und fördern
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Business Development Teams in anderen europäischen Märkten
Repräsentation von CARFAX auf diversen lokalen Konferenzen, Messen und Events
Dein Profil
Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb / Geschäftsentwicklung, auch im internationalen Umfeld
Berufserfahrung in der Automobilbranche oder in der Zusammenarbeit mit der Automobilindustrie
Verhandlungsführung auf hohem Niveau sowie Erfahrung in Produktmanagement
Ein ergebnisorientierter und praxisbezogener Arbeitsstil
Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und ein proaktiver Ansatz
Ausgezeichnete Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, schriftlich wie auch mündlich – weitere europäische Sprachen sind von Vorteil
Fähigkeit und Wunsch, in einem internationalen Team zu arbeiten
Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 50% innerhalb der EU

Your role
To put our vision into reality, we are looking for a Business Development Manager EU in or around Munich to identify, contact and negotiate agreements in the automotive industry sector (B2B) – both, vertical and horizontal – to increase visibility of the CARFAX brand in DACH, Benelux and Nordics.
Identify potential partners and opportunities in the B2B business, secure meetings with them and introduce the CARFAX models, services & value propositions
Develop and maintain key relationships with our business partners and associations connected to the automotive sector
Support the growing demand from Car Dealers and cooperate closely with our central functions to drive growth in this segment
Implement our wholesale-/ reseller strategy to assure convenient access to our core product, the Vehicle History Reports
Negotiate contract terms that protect and grow the products, financial interests and resources of CARFAX
Work closely with our Business Development teams in other European markets
Represent CARFAX at various local conferences
Your profile
5+ years of relevant job experience in Sales/Business Development
Experience working in an automotive related branch
Product Management and high-level negotiating experience
Output driven, results oriented and hands-on working style
Strong communicator and proactive approach
Excellent language skills in German and English
Ability and desire to work in an international team
Ability to travel as required by the position (up to 50%)
