Your tasks
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving our paid marketing initiatives across several European markets. Together with the team you will define and execute effective strategies for SEA and Paid Social, with the outlook of establishing Affiliate, Programmatic and Native Display as a part of CARFAX performance channels, while working on scaling our campaigns through innovative copy, asset and audience management.

- Define and implement effective SEA strategies tailored to several European markets to drive revenue and ROI
- Develop bidding-strategies, audiences and keywords within the existing campaign and account structure on Google Ads and BING
- Leverage Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube ads
- Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Social campaigns to achieve marketing goals and audience engagement
- Optimize landing pages, ad copy and create assets to drive CTR and conversion
- Conduct A/B tests
- Analyze owned campaign and competitor data to derive insights and recommend actionable improvements
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and analytics, to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives
