Your tasks
As a Performance Marketing Manager at our headquarter in Munich, you will play a key role in driving and scaling our paid acquisition efforts across multiple European markets. Working closely with the performance and country marketing teams, you will develop, execute, and continuously optimize data-driven strategies for SEA (Google Ads, BING) and Paid Social (Meta) channels, with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and growth. You will leverage advanced audience targeting, creative testing, automation and conversion-focused optimization.
Your profile
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, BING and Meta ads.
- A strong, data-driven mindset eager to learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and strategies in the evolving digital marketing landscape.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working in cross-functional teams.
- Business proficiency in English is required and knowledge of an additional European language, preferably Polish, Spanish or Italian is a plus.
- Automotive background/passion is a big plus.
